When the baby came - in the middle of the night, precipitously, and 3 weeks early, Alice was there for us: answering her phone at 12:30am, rushing to meet us at the hospital 30 min later, and doing everything we needed to carry the burden. Alice has a deep level of knowledge about newborn and postpartum care for moms. She was the guide we needed through every step of our daughter's first 3 months.
