Prenatal Support

• Initial 90-minute telehealth session for values + goals 
• Three 60-minute prenatal telehealth sessions for Birth Plan development and advocacy practice 
• One 60-minute in-home session for Comfort Measures + Labor Rehearsal 
• Two 15-minute phone check-ins as pregnancy progresses
• One 60-minute “walk & talk” support session

Labor & Birth Support

• Early-labor remote support
• Up to 8 hours of in-person labor and birth support
• Immediate postpartum assistance with bonding and feeding

Postpartum Support

• One 3-hour in-home postpartum visit for newborn care, feeding support, sleep education, and maternal recovery

• 90-minute telehealth planning session to prepare for family success in the postpartum weeks
• Remote support during labor to offer reassurance and encouragement, answer questions and suggest options
• 3 in-home postpartum visits of 3 hours each, adaptable to family needs, focused on newborn care, mother recovery, and practical household assistance
