About Me Birth is a deeply personal and transformative experience, and feeling safe, supported, and heard matters. I offer steady, compassionate guidance so you can approach birth with confidence, clarity, and trust in your body and your choices.
I am a fully certified Birth Doula (MaternityWise), Postpartum Doula (DONA), and Perinatal Patient Advocate (PPAC), with prenatal yoga teacher training under Gurmukh at Golden Bridge Yoga in New York.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of supporting more than 150 Bay Area families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—at home, in birth centers, and in hospitals. Each experience has deepened my respect for the wisdom of the body and the uniqueness of every journey into parenthood. My work is grounded in bodily autonomy, informed consent, evidence-based care, personal responsibility, and love. I help families navigate modern maternity systems with knowledge and presence, so decisions feel clear rather than overwhelming.
I specialize in physiological, undisturbed, and low-intervention birth, and in creating environments where the body’s natural processes can unfold with safety, trust, and ease. Whether you’re planning a community birth or a physiology-centered hospital experience, I offer grounded, patient support that helps you stay connected to your choices.
I believe birth is a profound rite of passage—an initiation into parenthood, identity, and inner strength. I honor your personal vision and support you in approaching birth with intention and care.
